Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
- Engage stakeholders to understand needs and align project objectives.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
- Lead and motivate project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Qualifications in project management (e.g., Agile Foundation, APM, PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing and client interaction.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
