Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and align project objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
• Lead and motivate project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Qualifications in project management (e.g., Agile Foundation, APM, PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing and client interaction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
