Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Study Administrator (SrCSA) for a hybrid remote/office-based role in Luton, UK. The role involves working at the sponsor's site in Luton up to 3 days/week.

The SrCSA will coordinate and administer study activities from start-up to close-out, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in study coordination and administration
• Managing tracking tools like CTMS and supporting their usage
• Handling document management and regulatory submissions
• Supporting budget and payments processes

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent qualifications
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in medical or life sciences administration
• Understanding of clinical study procedures and GCP guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train others and manage multiple priorities
