Contract Role – Inside IR35

3 days a week – Bristol - Hybrid – working from home options available, though required in the office as and when business requires.

UK - Security Check: SC – Must be a UK National to receive this.

Duration: 24 weeks

We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Agile Campaigns & Project Manager with strong experience and a proven track record in campaign management and successful delivery of programs/projects through agile methodologies. Essential Experience:

• Experience in large campaigns (vital)
• CEMA Background/Understanding (preferred)
• Proven record of campaign delivery from an agile perspective
• Experience in creating roadmaps to delivery and advising project teams on best practices for campaign setup and mobilisation
• Upholding Babcock principles and acting as a role model
• Knowledge of project control tools and their use in decision making
• Commercially and financially astute with a challenging mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills; effective communication with colleagues at all levels and external bodies
