Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) utilize a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Our BCBAs are leaders who foster a supportive environment, enabling clinicians in our transdisciplinary team to thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact for families.

You will provide neurodiversity-affirming care while enjoying flexibility and support. As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment, lead a team of behavior technicians, and empower them to make a lasting difference. You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with options to increase hours for higher earnings, at a pace that suits your lifestyle.

Opportunities for advancement include progressing through BCBA levels I to IV, increasing leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours, allowing focus on leadership development and broader professional interests. You have full control over your supervision schedule, focusing on clinical care while scheduling, billing, and credentialing are managed by our team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in human services or a related field and current BCBA certification. Cortica emphasizes a transdisciplinary approach, collaborating with families and other clinicians to create individualized care plans. Our compensation model is outcome-based, prioritizing quality over quantity.
