About the Role:

We are actively hiring recent U.S. Citizen graduates with degrees in Business Administration, Management, or related fields to join our team as Entry-Level Business Development Managers in the recruitment industry.

This full-time, hybrid role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to launch a rewarding career in sales, client engagement, and recruitment. You'll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn the essentials of client acquisition and recruitment sales
• Identify and engage with potential clients in IT and Non-IT sectors
• Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to fulfill client staffing needs
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and job fairs across the New England area
• Maintain client relationships and support ongoing business development activities
• Track activities using CRM tools and contribute to sales strategies

Who Should Apply:

• U.S. Citizens who are recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
