We are currently searching for an experienced and strategically focused account management professional to join us as our Hospital Account Manager – Specialty and Biosimilar MedicinesforScotland and Northern Ireland.

TheHospital Account Manager is responsible for leading the adoption, implementation, and pull-through of STADA UK’sbiosimilarandspecialty medicinesacross Scotland and Northern Ireland, predominantly in secondary care, with anenhanced national remit. The HPM will work to achieve strategic sales growth,optimal formulary positioning, influence national guidance and support clinician education through impactful engagement with key decision-makers across Health Boards (HBs), National Procurement Bodies and other strategic groups.

The core focus of the role is centred on secondary care hospital working targeting key accounts to drive the adoption of ourSpecialty Renal productsand ourbiosimilar portfolio. Additionally, as akey national lead, this role will include oversight of national and regional activity across Scotland and Northern Ireland. The role requires astrategic,solution-oriented mindsetfocused onHealth-board level working, national stakeholder partnerships, and coordinated execution across the entire healthcare system.

The Hospital Account Manager will report to the National Business Manager and act as a central contact point for NHS Scotland and NHS Northern Ireland, working alongside Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial colleagues to unlock opportunities at a broader system level.

How You Will Make an Impact:

What We Are Looking For:

· Educated to degree level in preferably a science subject.

· ABPI qualified, with a clear understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and the requirement for compliance at all times.

· Ideally with over 3 years branded (ethical) pharmaceutical sales experience in selling to key stakeholders across HBs, National Stakeholders and Clinical Leads.

· Ideally with experience selling biosimilar medicines and/or Renal medicines.

· Demonstrated sales success within pharmaceutical industry.

· Good networks and relationships within disease areas would be an advantage.

· Proficiency in market analysis, including gathering competitor intelligence and customer insights.

· Account planning and project management skills to drive execution of account plans, initiatives, and deliver pull-through to achieve sales targets.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.

· A champion of ethics, promoting integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
