With a solid foundation already in place, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Contracts Manager with extensive air conditioning experience to lead the air conditioning division into a new era of success. Projects span across the Midlands and the UK, covering commercial, retail, industrial, and high-end residential sectors.

About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll be the key driver of operations, growth, and performance within the business. You'll bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial air conditioning, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), and take full ownership of project delivery, from tender to handover. With the support of their sister companies and internal resources, your goal is to develop a thriving, reputable, and profitable HVAC operation.
