Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to join an ambitious and growing business. You will become a valued member of the operations team as a Key Account Manager in an established and successful organization that designs, installs, maintains, and monitors electronic life safety and security systems. The company is committed to operational excellence and fostering a friendly, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for top accounts, building strong relationships with key personnel.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Respond promptly to emails and calls to meet service KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule work efficiently, meeting industry response times and internal KPIs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize engineering resource allocation.
- Manage job sheets through a streamlined process, ensuring timely review, action, closure, and invoicing.
- Use third-party software to monitor new jobs, update schedules, respond to messages, and upload job sheets.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems and third-party software is a plus
- Monday – Friday schedule
- 9-day working fortnight
- Hybrid remote working environment
