Self-Employed Business Development Partner – Hybrid (London North Region)

Target Market: SMEs with £1m–£10m turnover
OTE: £50k Year 1 rising to £80k to £100k
Onboarding Support: Guaranteed payments during your 6 month ramp-up period
Earning Potential: 10% recurring monthly commission – uncapped

We’re now expanding in the London area and looking for a motivated, self-employed sales professional to develop new client relationships and grow a portfolio that pays recurring commission every single month.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging with SME business owners, leveraging your own initiative and a robust network of established introducers.
- Introduce our clear, high-performing finance solutions designed to enhance clients performance
- Manage the full sales journey—from initial conversations to client sign-up
- Build lasting relationships and support client retention
- Collaborate with a regional team to drive growth and refine strategy
Our clients typically pay £1,500–£5,000 per month for a fractional finance team that delivers control, insight, and commercial strategy—replacing (and outperforming) internal finance hires.
Ideal Partner Qualities
- Proven B2B sales background—especially with SME decision-makers.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Self-starter mindset with persistence and resilience.
- Commercial awareness (understanding of P&L account and balance sheet is a plus, but you don’t need to be an accountant).
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected with a wider support team.
- 10% recurring commission on monthly client billing—uncapped earning potential, with guaranteed payments during your ramp up period.
- Full onboarding & training to set you up for success from day one.
- Sustainable, growing income—the more clients you engage and retain, the more you earn.
- Proven services, warm market—you'll represent an established brand with existing clients in your region.
- Autonomy meets support—run your own book with the guidance of a regional team and central operations.
