We are seeking an outstanding and strategic Senior Account Director (Social Media) to join our Digital/Social team at Inkling. This role involves leading digital and social media client partnerships, overseeing all account activities, and developing strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier campaigns, work collaboratively with PR, influencer marketing, experiential, and creative teams, and proactively seek new business opportunities to generate growth.
We work with a diverse range of clients including Hitachi, The Crown Estate, Gather & Gather, Yoto, Kooth, and Beavertown. Key qualities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Managing digital marketing planning and execution to meet KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Expertise in social media, paid advertising, content, website, email marketing, and influencer marketing
- Leading campaign ideation, planning, and creative content development
- Overseeing content creation, video production, and briefing creative teams
- Ensuring high standards in project delivery and reporting campaign performance
- Supporting new business initiatives and crisis management
- Mentoring junior team members
Minimum requirements:
- At least 6+ years of agency or brand experience in digital marketing and social media
- Proven strategic and innovative thinking
- Experience in developing new business
- Strong account management skills and client relationship nurturing
- Creativity and trend awareness
- Ability to manage team resources effectively
