Senior Estimator / Contracts Manager - Electrical Installations

Package: £70k-80k+

Location: covering the city & Kent areas

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong electrical installation background to manage contracts, lead estimating activities,

• Manage electrical installation contracts from tender through completion
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for new and ongoing projects
• Maintain and grow an existing client base, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities
• Technical discussions, and tender submissions
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational delivery
• Track KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance



Requirements:

• MUST DRIVE / OWN CAR expenses paid
• Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial preferred) strong electrical installation knowledge / background
• Experience as a Contracts Manager and/or Estimator
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
